Frequently Asked Questions

The Sales Accelerator Programme is an exciting new initiative which aims to equip sales professionals and sales mangers with relevant, future-ready competencies to excel both at home and abroad. For the first time, the Singapore Sales Professionals Association (SSPA) is partnering with NTUC U Associate and Charisma Academy to bring a series of world-class sales programmes to you.
We’re in the midst of applying for UTAP funding (for NTUC members). PIC grant is claimable for this programme (standard grant T&C apply).
The Certificate of Assessment by SSPA and NTUC U Associate recognises that you have gone through a significant amount of sales-focused training and exposed to sales best practices and strategies from world-class sales trainers and practitioners. It is a way to differentiate you from your peers in the industry.
To get the Foundation Certification, you need to complete all 10 modules in the Foundational Track and meet passing criteria of assessment.

To get the Advanced Certification, you need to complete all 5 Advanced modules, plus at least 3 modules in the Foundational Track, and meet passing criteria of assessment.

A certificate of attendance can be issued, but the Certificate of Assessment by SSPA and NTUC U Associate can only be issued upon meeting the criteria stated above.
Assessment format is through role-play, scenario-based questions and project work. Only applicable to participants who have completed all Foundational or all Advanced modules (plus at least 3 Foundational modules if taken independently without the Foundational Track).
They will start in November 2016.
Each module is a full-day course, which starts at 8.30 am and ends at 5.30 pm.
Although the modules in the Foundational Track are arranged according to the sales cycle stages, not to worry if you couldn’t attend the courses consecutively based on your availability. Just join the next available date for the modules you couldn’t attend!
The courses will be held at either NTUC Centre at One Marina Boulevard or SSPA’s training venue at Sime Darby Centre (opposite King Albert Park MRT).
